CORONA VIRUS UPDATE – Winter 2020 Lockdown
Dear Customers – Services are running as usual during the lockdown, new enquires for boiler and bathroom installations will be processed remotely with customers sending us pictures and emails when possible. We are also available for our usual plumbing and heating services such as boiler repairs, boiler servicing and general plumbing.
We are experiencing very high level of enquiries at the moment and it might takes us longer to reply than usual. Our current availability is as follows.
Plumbing/boiler services/repairs – One to two weeks.
Appointments for Boiler/Bathroom/Shower room installations – One to two weeks.
Installation of Bathroom/shower room – Next availability starts from January 2021.
Installation of Boilers – Please contact us.

PLEASE NOTE we will be using face masks and gloves and other appropriate protective equipment to keep all parties safe. We will be wearing masks upon entering and leaving your premises and if the customer is present we will be asking the customers to wear masks when near to our staff. We hope that with such minimal contact between customers and staff should mean we ensure everyone’s safety and can avoid having to isolate if one party subsequently tests positive for Coronavirus.
